The Springtime Song

A story about Easter
for your Baby.

King Doodle Bum hops into the meadow. He dreams of sweet chocolate treats.

A shiny purple egg glitters in the sunlight. It waits in a soft patch of clover.

Cluckster flaps her wings and sings, “Peep-peep, cluck-cluck!” She loves a fresh morning tune.

King Doodle Bum giggles at the silly song. He waves his scepter with delight.

Little daisies droop their heads, so sleepy in the morning dew. Their petals look ready to bloom.

Cluckster coos a gentle lullaby. Her voice floats on the breeze, soft and kind.

King Doodle Bum watches the flowers. He says, “A happy tune helps them wake up!”

A big straw basket sits under a tall tree. It holds colorful eggs and soft green grass.
