Nessie Sparkles and the Train of Adventures

Zigzag Zander stands at the twinkling train station. He wiggles his fingers. He looks at the tall, shiny train. He smiles.
Nessie Sparkles peeks from behind a bright pillar. Nessie Sparkles waves hello. She shimmers in the sunlight.
They hear a loud, friendly whistle. “Choo-choo!” The train is ready to roll. The engine rumbles softly.
Zigzag Zander steps onto the train. He listens for the conductor’s kind voice. He waits his turn like a good friend.
Nessie Sparkles hops in next. She carefully finds a seat. She hums, “Choo-choo, clackety-clack!”
The train begins to move. The wheels go clackety-clack, clackety-clack! Round windows glow with sunlight.
Zigzag Zander points to the engine car. “That car pulls us!” he says. “It helps the whole train go forward!”
Nessie Sparkles claps her fins. “Yes!” she says. “The engine is strong. The conductor drives it safely!”
